Rubber Envirobelt 40 is disused woven and or ply conveyor belt from the mines of Australia. The belt comprises of woven fabric dipped in liquid PVC with added covers which are bonded by vulcanizing. It forms a very solid, hardy, flame resistant, anti static belt with high tensile strength. The used belt still maintains inherited qualities from the parent belt. Envirobelt has 40mm holes punched along its entire length at 100mm centres. Thickness is between 7mm and 18mm and width 1000mm to 1800mm. Erosion Control Applications: • Drains • Sand dunes • Temporary road for wet and boggy areas • Boat launch ramps • Scour pads • Embankments • Walkways Made from reused conveyor belt these belts can be placed across the road, on their edge and dug into the ground to help divert heavy volumes of water away from tracks and paths. We recommend at least 260-300mm width with half in the ground. Vehicles will be able to drive over these and on passing should pop back up again. Very effective way to control erosion & water. Erosion Barrier Applications : • Drains • Water diversion • Sand dunes • Scour pads • Embankments • Walkways
